Yi-Fang is a graduate student in the Master’s Program in Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience at National Taiwan University, with a background in civil engineering and professional experience in large-scale energy infrastructure projects. Her research focuses on energy planning, with particular interest in integrating climate change risk assessment, resilience strategies, and sustainable energy systems. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked as a civil engineer and project coordination specialist on offshore substation construction projects, and later as a research assistant on climate change adaptation planning for Taiwan’s national parks. She is especially interested in bridging the fields of infrastructure development, climate resilience, and renewable energy to support sustainable transitions in both urban and natural environments.
